5K RUN

This is an out-and-back 5K (3.1 miles) course along the beautiful Santa Ana River.  This course is primarily on the unpaved  Santa Ana River Trail (SART) that parallels the paved SART bikeway east of Riverdale Park in Anaheim. The course travels east from the park, initially on the bikeway that coninues on the unpaved SART to the 5K turnaround at the approximately 1.55 mile point, just before Imperial Highway. The course follows the same path on the return, and enters Riverdale Park through the gate at its northeast end and continues approximately 100 feet to the finish line inside the park. 

10K RUN

This is a double out-and-back 10K (6.2 miles) course consisting of 1.55 miles (3.1 miles) east of Riverdale Park and 1.55 miles out-and-back (3.1 miles) west of Riverdale Park on the Santa Ana River Trail (SART).  The first half of the course coincides with the 5K course described above, but passes the turnoff into Riverdale Park to the 5K finish line and continues west on the SART to the turnaround just past Orange Olive Road. The course follows the same path on the return, and enters Riverdale Park through the gate at its northeast end and continues approximately 100 feet to the finish line inside the park.

KIDS FUN RUN

The Kid's Fun Run for children 9 and under is an approximately 1 km course inside Riverdale Park with start and finish lines near the 5K&10K finish-line expo area.  Please note that parents can run with their child(ren) but cannot register for the Kid's Fun Run.
